Our Family Health Centers are conveniently located in the communities of Loris and Green Sea Floyds. Physicians and nurse practitioners staff both clinics, and are available to provide a range of comprehensive acute and chronic medical care
services.
Preventative services such as immunizations, physicals and annual examinations are available for both pediatric and adult patients.
While the physicians and nurse practitioners at the Centers do not admit patients to the hospital, they will work closely with patients when referring them to a specialist or hospitalist, who is available for inpatient admissions and care 24 hours a day.
Appointments are preferred, however walk-in visits are welcome at both Centers.
